In your first session, we’ll get to know each other, discuss your goals, and explore what you hope to gain from therapy. This session is about creating a safe, welcoming environment where you feel comfortable sharing.

Sessions typically last 45 minutes, but some sessions may be adjusted depending on your needs or the therapy format.

The number of sessions varies depending on each person’s unique goals and needs. Some people benefit from short-term therapy, while others find long-term therapy more helpful. We’ll discuss what feels right for you as we go.

Yes, providing both in-person and virtual therapy sessions for flexibility and meeting you where you’re most comfortable. To ensure the best fit, we begin with an in-person session. And after we can discuss whether transitioning to telehealth is the right option for you.

Yes, we accept certain insurance plans. We are in-network with some insurance plans and also accept out-of-network coverage. Additionally, we can provide a superbill and assist you with the reimbursement process.

We understand that schedules change. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This policy helps us manage availability and allows us to support other clients effectively. Unless a session is canceled 24 hours in advance, cancellation and missed sessions will be subject to a full automatic charge of session fee.
