The Moment" is about those pivotal breakthroughs that spark lasting change. In these moments—of acceptance, realization, or moving forward—transformation begins.

Supporting you at every moment

About Our Practice

Rooted In Understanding, Healing, & Growth

At The Moment, we believe in the power of small,  but strong, pivotal experiences—the kind that bring new understanding, healing, and growth. Our mission is to create a warm, safe space where these moments take root, guiding you toward resilience and self-discovery. Together, we’ll journey through those key moments in therapy—the moment you accept, the moment you feel, the moment you let go—moments that open doors to a stronger, more hopeful you. Let us walk with you as you find clarity, courage, and the path forward.

Meet The Founder

Hello There!

Hi, I'm Victoria,

I’m a licensed mental health counselor and the founder of The Moment Mental Health Counseling. I became a therapist because I personally understand how isolating and overwhelming pain and trauma can feel. I know the weight of carrying unspoken feelings and the healing that happens when you finally have a safe space to let them out.

My approach is to create a nurturing environment where you can explore and embrace moments of awareness. Each small insight brings you closer to meaningful change. Together, we’ll recognize these moments and move forward toward your goals with compassion and care. Let’s take that next step together.
